We need to process personal data in order to perform our business activities. We do this in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do everything possible in this regard to handle your data carefully and securely.

The privacy statement applies to any physical presence at or around the aforementioned parking facility, website visits (www.PaanZEE.nl), transactions, activities & services (including the use of any WiFi offered by PaanZEE), communications and agreements in which PaanZEE is in any way involved.

WHY DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we use your personal data to perform agreements, carry out transactions and deliver services, for relationship management, product and service development, communications, determining strategy and policy and, if necessary, when there is illegal and/or objectionable conduct.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We only make your personal data available to third parties that are involved in our business activities and we will never provide your data to other third parties without your prior permission. We have entered into processing agreements with those third parties involved in our business activities to ensure a comparable level of security and confidentiality for your data. We may share your personal data with a third party (such as the competent authority) when legally obliged to do so or in the context of legal proceedings.

Under the agreement we have with you, we may also share personal data with an organisation to which we are going to or intend to sell or transfer our company, rights or obligations (or with which we are negotiating the sale or transfer thereof). Upon the definitive transfer or sale, the recipient of those personal data may then use these data in the same way we do.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Customer contact and communication: We use your data to communicate with you about our services via email, text messages or other electronic media. This enables you to receive invoices from us and allows us to communicate with you to confirm your account, resolve problems and send you product-related information (e.g. expiry of subscriptions).

Marketing: We would like to be able to contact you via email to inform you about our products and services. We do this through marketing communications, such as the distribution of newsletters. We would also like to be able to contact you in the context of market research, such as a survey. We only do this with your explicit consent, and you retain the right to unsubscribe from receiving this type of information at any time. Online, in your personal account, you can directly change the settings to suit your preferences or you can unsubscribe from this service.

Execution of general business processes and management reporting: For example, we process your data for management reports, audits and other administrative purposes.

Legal obligations: We process your information in order to comply with legitimate requests from competent authorities (e.g. police / judicial authorities).

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
You have the right to have access to and to receive confirmation of the processing of your data. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data by PaanZEE and/or to request that your personal data be rectified or erased. You also have the right to have your data transferred.

You can view and edit your personal data directly via your personal account. Whether and how you can view and edit these personal data depends on the products and services you use. We keep all other personal data for two years after the last contact or, in the event of unlawful or objectionable conduct, two years after the incident has been dealt with under criminal law and/or to PaanZEE’s satisfaction, unless you request us to remove them earlier (whereby data in any case may not be removed before the expiry of six months after the last contact or handling of the incident).
